Yuru exercise has been available for anyone to learn to teach since September 21st, 2015, the United Nations' International Day of Peace.

Yuru Exercise is a systematic exercise program developed by Kinesiologist Hideo Takaoka, with the concept “there is hope in our physical body.” It is beneficial to our health and development of higher physical/mental abilities as well as other various areas. This exercise method has been highly evaluated by many practitioners and experts of medicine and science as “the world’s most effortless method while being most beneficial to wider and deeper aspects.”

Since its launch in Japan in 2002, we have been promoting our method of exercises exclusively with the licensed Yuru Exercise instructors certified by Japan Yuru Association, for the purpose of observing implemented instructions and study the results that are necessary before formally opening the method to the general public. Finally, after safety and efficacy of the method were fully verified, on September 21st, 2015 which is the United Nations' International Day of Peace, we will make the method available worldwide for anyone to teach regardless of whether he or she is a licensed instructor or not.

Through this website we will openly reveal how to practice and teach Yuru Exercise, as well as the instructors’ ideology. If you are interested in teaching Yuru Exercise after it is open to public, you are advised to engage in the following two commitments:

One is to incorporate Yuru Exercise into your daily practice and implement it routinely for several months. You may feel the pace of our announcements and updates on this website is slow; however, instead of rushing to the next steps, you are advised to take your time to work on each exercise carefully every day until it becomes your daily routine.

Another is to read the whole contents of this website carefully until you understand them fully. Study and memorize the movements of each exercise with leading messages, mechanisms and effects explained, bad examples and other important points to remember. Gain necessary information through your daily practice and be prepared for providing appropriate and correct instructions.

While engaging yourself in these two commitments, you will find your mind, body, and relationship with others change in positive ways, which will give you positive effects, making you further motivated. Adopting this positive cycle in your daily life and getting used to working on Yuru Exercise with higher confidence will lead you to form the foundation as an instructor of the exercise.

We will further enrich the contents of this website leading up to the release date, to provide you with quality materials that will help you learn and practice the teaching method of Yuru Exercise. We hope our website will be helpful to you.
